The Scorpion Component Cable consists of 3 high-quality 75ohm Video Brilliance cables optimised for high-bandwidth Progressive Scan and Interlaced video transfer.

To ensure signal integrity throughout and prevent mismatch/reflection losses, our cables are terminated with Canare's® unique 75ohm impedence matched RCA Phono Plugs.

Each cable is triple shielded with a combination of two layers of aluminium foil for 100% coverage against RFI interference, and one layer of tinned copper braid to eliminate possible EMI interference.

If your DVD Player can output a Component Video signal and your Display (TV/Plasma/Projector) can take that signal, use it! DVD players with this output usually have three RCA sockets which are color-coded Red, Green, and Blue. They may be labelled YUV, YPrPb or YCrCb.
